Tired of looking at grease, dirt, rubber carpet backing and industrial residues on your floors? STOW’s new DFG Series Floor Grinders can remove those quickly, effectively and with minimal operator effort.

Three dual head floor grinders are offered and each is ideal for grinding and polishing concrete, asphalt, terrazzo and marble floors. The DFG Series is powered by Honda gasoline or electric motors and a large selection of attachments make the floor grinders perfect for use by concrete repair contractors, industrial building maintenance specialists and surface preparation contractors.

STOW’s DFG Series grinds to within 1½ inches (3¾ cm.) of walls and obstructions, are fitted with twin counter-rotating discs that provide a work area of 24 by 12 inches (61 by 30 cm.), and sport a comfortable handle to maximize leverage and control while minimizing operator fatigue. The counter-rotating multi-accessory discs accommodate both General and EDCO attachments.

In addition, the DFG Series grinders showcase dual V-belt tension adjustment to increase belt and clutch service life, a full-length rubber bumper to minimize damage to walls, a safety and dust shield, and an elastomeric drive system with 12 rubber hubs.

Each floor grinder features a heavy-duty spur gear transmission, a belt cover that provides ample space to store up to 300 pounds (136 kg.) of external weight, a longer wheel base for increased stability and a standard 3-inch (7 ½ cm.) diameter dust port to facilitate dust removal from the machine.

The three models in STOW’s DFG Series range in weight from 250 to 300 pounds (114 to 136 kg.), adding structural integrity without sacrificing agility or ease of operation.

A wide range of attachments is available, ensuring the floor grinders deliver the results contractors expect from STOW equipment.
